Coordination of the activities of regional rehabilitation centers and provision of scientific and practical assistance

Coordination of the activities of the Regional Rehabilitation Centers within the Center and the organization of the activities of the Department for the provision of practical and methodological assistance

1. The Deputy Chief Physician for issues of regional rehabilitation centers at the Center simultaneously acts as the head of the Department for the Coordination of the Activities of Regional Rehabilitation Centers and the Provision of Practical and Methodological Assistance

(hereinafter referred to as the Department).

2. The Department:

  2.1 Coordinates the activities of regional centers and provides them with scientific, practical and methodological assistance;

  2.2 Summarizes and analyzes statistical data on the rehabilitation activities of regional centers;

  2.3 Develops proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the rehabilitation activities of regional centers;

  2.4 Establishes control over the activities of regional centers, warns responsible leaders to eliminate identified shortcomings in a timely manner; 

   Conducts studies on the established tasks and functions of regional centers, makes proposals to the Founder on the suitability of responsible leaders who have not taken appropriate measures despite warnings regarding identified shortcomings. 

  3. The activities of the regional rehabilitation centers are coordinated
and the department for providing practical and methodological assistance is evaluated based on the most important indicators of the effectiveness of its activities.
